Every region, one model.

PhysioPro organizes body-region resources around one progression: understand the condition, restore mobility, rebuild strength, rehab the tissue, and return to full activity — or sport. Each region gets built out into a complete hub on this model. Knee is the first one finished.

How each hub is built

Condition → mobility → strength → rehab → return to activity.

1. Understanding

What's actually going on — the condition explained in plain terms, and what clinical assessment looks for.

2. Mobility

Restoring range of motion where it's been lost — the first step before loading tissue back up.

3. Strength

Progressive loading to rebuild the capacity the joint or region needs to tolerate daily and athletic demand.

4. Rehab

Structured recovery for the specific injury or post-surgical situation, built around clinical criteria — not a fixed calendar.

5. Return to activity / sport

Criteria-based clearance back to full training, competition, or day-to-day life — tissue-ready, not just pain-free.

Complete hub

Start with Knee — the full model, built out.

Knee

The first body region built out to the full model — understanding knee pain, mobility work, strength progressions, injury-specific rehab, and return-to-sport criteria, all in one hub. This is the template every other region will follow.

Other regions

Condition pages today — full hubs coming.

These regions currently have a condition overview page. The full understanding → mobility → strength → rehab → return-to-activity hub — like Knee — is being built out for each of them.

Coming soon, no page yet: Thoracic Spine, Elbow, Wrist & Hand. These regions will get their own hub as content is built out.
