2. Personal Data Collected.

PhysioPro collects the following categories of personal data through this website and associated communication channels:

Identification data: First and last name.
Contact data: WhatsApp phone number, email address (where provided), and general location (city/region, as inferred by Google Analytics).
Service inquiry data: Type of service or condition of interest, as selected or described in contact forms.
Health-related information (sensitive data): Information voluntarily submitted through the "Ask Leonardo" form or via WhatsApp may include descriptions of physical conditions, symptoms, injuries, surgical history, or treatment history. This category constitutes datos sensibles (sensitive personal data) under LFPDPPP Article 3(VI) and Article 8. Submission of health-related information requires express consent, which is requested at the point of submission.
Navigation and analytics data: Browsing behavior, page views, session duration, device type, and approximate location, collected automatically through Google Analytics 4 (GA4). See Section 7 for details.

Finalidades

3. Purposes of Processing.

Primary purposes (required for service):

To respond to inquiries submitted via forms or WhatsApp.
To schedule and coordinate clinical appointments.
To triage whether PhysioPro is an appropriate clinical fit for the prospective patient's condition and goals.
To communicate appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up information.
To comply with applicable legal obligations.

Secondary purposes (optional):

To analyze website traffic and user behavior for site improvement purposes (via Google Analytics 4).
To send general clinical education or service information where the user has requested it.

Retention. PhysioPro has not established a formal retention period for website leads or WhatsApp conversations. Information is kept for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and manage any resulting care relationship, and you may request cancellation of your data at any time as described in Section 6.

Transferencias

4. Third-Party Transfers.

Personal data may be shared with or processed by the following third parties as part of normal service operations. These transfers occur because the platforms are used to deliver the service — not for commercial sale of your data.

WhatsApp / Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.: When a user submits a contact form or clicks a WhatsApp link, their name and phone number are transferred to WhatsApp (a Meta company) to initiate communication. Cloudflare Pages (Hosting): This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process standard web request data such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, and requested URLs for security, delivery, and operational purposes. Cloudflare Privacy Policy →

Form submissions. Data submitted through website forms (name, phone number, stated goal or question, and campaign/landing-page parameters) is verified with Cloudflare Turnstile, routed through Cloudflare infrastructure, and then transferred to PhysioPro's own record system. Cloudflare Turnstile is loaded on the pages that contain these forms.

PhysioPro does not sell, rent, or commercially transfer personal data to any third party beyond the platforms listed above.

Datos sensibles

5. Sensitive Data and Health Information.

Health-related information voluntarily submitted through forms or WhatsApp constitutes datos personales sensibles under LFPDPPP Article 3(VI). This includes descriptions of physical conditions, injuries, symptoms, surgical history, or treatment history.

Pursuant to LFPDPPP Article 8, processing of sensitive personal data requires express, written consent. This consent is requested through the consent checkbox on the "Ask Leonardo" form. By checking the consent box and submitting information, you expressly consent to the processing of health-related information you choose to share for the purposes described in Section 3.

You are not required to provide health-related information to make an inquiry or book an appointment. Detailed clinical history is collected in person at the first session, not through this website.

Derechos ARCO

6. Your Privacy Rights (ARCO).

Under the LFPDPPP, you have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Object to the processing of your personal data (Derechos ARCO). You also have the right to revoke consent where processing is based on consent.

Rastreo digital

7. Tracking Technologies.

The general pages of this website use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. GA4 uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information about how visitors use the site. GA4 is not loaded on the Exercise Prescription questionnaire and its consultation and information pages (/es/fuerza-y-acondicionamiento/ and /strength-conditioning/). The site does not currently display a cookie-consent banner; GA4 loads when a general page is opened, and the opt-out options below are available.

Google Fonts. The general pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser sends a request to Google that includes technical data such as your IP address and browser information. The Exercise Prescription pages above serve their fonts from this website and make no Google Fonts request.

Hosting. The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes standard web-request data (IP address, user agent, timestamps, requested URLs) for delivery and security. Cloudflare also serves a small security (bot-detection) script on pages of this website, including the Exercise Prescription pages, as observed on the live site; it is operated by Cloudflare and is not used by PhysioPro for marketing.

Data collected may include: pages visited, time on site, approximate geographic location (city/region level), device type, browser type, and referral source. PhysioPro uses this data for site improvement.

Cambios

8. Changes to This Notice.

PhysioPro may update this privacy notice from time to time to reflect changes in data processing practices, applicable law, or operational structure. When material changes are made, the effective date and version number at the bottom of this page will be revised.

Continued use of the website after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised notice. If you have questions about any change, contact us using the details in Section 1.
